Summary

Job Overview
-Mitie is seeking a Clerical Service Administrator to join their busy team.The successful candidate will work within a team of skilled administrators in charge of ensuring the effective processing of a wide range of documents, ensuring these are checked, logged and organised in an accurate and timely fashion.Our ideal candidate will have previous experience dealing with clients over the telephone and a strong attention to detail. Experience of working within a busy and high-volume environment is essential. They will have an organised and professional approach, and a can do attitude.



Main Duties

-Compiling, maintaining and updating records.

-Dealing with clients face to face, by email, via telephone or via Skype.

-Maintaining spreadsheets and filing systems.

-Managing a designated workload.

-Coordinating communication between various departments.

-Oversee the distribution of travel cards.

-Providing general administration assistance to the client team.

What we are looking for
-Previous administrative experience is advantageous.

-Attention to detail

-Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner

-Must be able to communicate with colleagues at all levels of seniority and liaise effectively with other internal departments

-Proficient in using Microsoft Office - Word, Excel

-Professional manner

-Excellent organisational skills

-Enjoys working in a team
