Summary
We're looking to recruit a Tenant Liaison Officer on an 8-week temporary contract in Liverpool to support our client whilst planned work is being carried out on tenants' homes.
You'll act as the main point of contact between tenants & contractors, ensuring positive relationships are maintained, customer satisfaction remains high and needs are addressed.
You'll work in a team of 2, visiting residents in their homes to address queries, complaints and ensure they're satisfied with the standard of work being carried out. You'll liaise with contractors regarding ongoing works, keeping updated with potential changes to timescales and ensuring tenants are informed.
Hourly rates up to £17ph
