This position is based at Whitney Court, Southlink Business Park, Oldham.
As a Medical Secretary your main duties will cover:
Medical audio transcription of clinical correspondence
Carry out administrative instructions dictated in the correspondence including booking appointments via the Booking and Scheduling Department
Update NPSA16 investigation tracker following transcription of correspondence
Deal with internal and external telephone enquiries from patients, staff and external agencies
Undertake routine office duties including printing, scanning and filing
Organising your workload to meet our KPI’s

Be confident using a computer and Microsoft Office
Have an excellent telephone manner
Be able to communicate effectively and manage patient expectation
