As Care Manager you will provide excellent leadership, management, and support to the team, to ensure the very best outcomes in everything we do. You will take ownership in ensuring the delivery of the highest level of compliance and health & safety to ensure we achieve an “Outstanding” CQC inspection, through various methods such as spot checks and reviews. You will also ensure that scheduling is effectively designed to ensure the Care givers meet client requirements, in addition to an effective on-call rota. Completing, reviewing and improving risk assessments and support plans.
Registered Care Manager job in Chingford (London), Candidate Requirements:
• Experience at Deputy Manager level or higher in the Care industry.
• UK Drivers License & own vehicle.
• Hold, or be working towards, an NVQ Level 4 (RMA) or QCF Level 5 qualification in Social Care or similar.
• In depth understanding of CQC assessment criteria for Good and Outstanding scores.
