Role overview
Brooklands Museum is the birthplace of British motorsport and aviation, and the home of Concorde. Located on the 30-acre site of
the world’s first purpose-built motor racing circuit and the most productive aircraft factories in Europe in the twentieth
century, Brooklands Museum welcomes over 185,000 visitors each year these are made up of members of the public, Brooklands
Members, VIPs, corporate hospitality guests and school groups.

part to play in this. We are currently looking for Casual Museum Assistants to join our Front of House team to assist in our busy
and exciting Summer 2024 season.
As part of the Front of House Team, you will report to our Admissions & Retail Management Manager and play your part to ensure
that the Museum consistently provides a high-quality experience to all.
Our Museum Assistants work flexibly across the Museum and can support a wide range of activities. Although much of your day will
be spent on front of house activities within our Admissions area, you may also have the opportunity to help with a variety of
behind-the-scenes tasks.
You are the face of the museum for our visitors and will be the first and maybe the last team of people our visitors will see!
Your interactions with our visitors can really make someone’s visit special. With knowledge and enthusiasm, you will help
visitors to find their way around our collections, share stories and facts about the Museum to help every visitor understand ‘it
happened here at Brooklands’ and help us deliver ’an incredible day out’ every day.
