Summary

.

Responsibilities will include but will not be restricted to:

  • Attaining a working knowledge of Data Protection and Security. Understanding the impact and obligations for CFCD.
  • Responsibility for the CFCD Digital Information Asset Inventory, ensuring the Inventory is accurate by supporting the local representative network and all colleagues across CFCD.
  • Running of the local representative network and organising campaigns.
  • Creativity promoting Information Management and the Security Agenda across CFCD, via the local representative network and CFCD Weekly Communications. Creating and delivering presentations and newsletters via all available communication mediums.
  • Researching areas relating to GDPR / Information Management and Security via guidance, Intranet etc. in response to operational needs.
  • Acting as the secretariat to various network groups by finalising and sending out agenda’s, taking action points and cascading to group members.
  • Producing information, i.e. PowerPoint presentations, excel documents, word documents, newsletters etc. to support the required actions and processes. Creating and delivering presentations. Responsibility for the Teams channels and SharePoint site, networking with colleagues inside and outside of CFCD including policy holders, in order to ascertain information.
  • CFCD Licence Administration - ensure requests for licenses to 3rd party external systems and web portals contain the correct legal data. Issuing of licences to colleagues ensuring these are accurately recorded and reviewed, abiding by all legislation. Maintaining all user spreadsheets, delivery of line manager’s checks. Ensuring all records are up to date.
  • Providing access to data systems, checking authority and monitoring usage.
