An exciting job opportunity has become available for the right candidate to join us as a Housing Assistant within our Housing Management Team on a fixed term basis. Independent Living is an integral part of what we do, delivering services primarily for our customers aged 55 and over.

You will act as the on-site representative at three of our sheltered schemes in the London Borough of Bexley, providing frontline housing management services to our residents (over 55s). You will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day safety and wellbeing of our residents in the context of Health & Safety management, Fire Safety procedures and general maintenance of the site facilities.
This is an essential car user post to which an additional monthly allowance is paid. The post holder is required to hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle insured for Business Use.
