**Job Description:**
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Festival Security Officers. As a Festival Security Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for festival-goers, performers, and staff. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting bag checks and pat-downs to prevent prohibited items from entering the festival grounds
- Monitoring access points and checking credentials of attendees, vendors, and performers
- Patrolling the festival grounds to deter and detect any suspicious or unauthorized activity
- Assisting with crowd control and managing entry and exit points during peak times
- Responding promptly to incidents or emergencies, including medical emergencies, disturbances, or security breaches
- Collaborating with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed
- Providing friendly and helpful customer service to festival attendees, addressing any security-related concerns or inquiries
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in security, event management, or a related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Valid security license or certification (if applicable)
