Working for a large government company based in Taunton.
This role would be hybrid but you would be required on site at least 2 days per week as a minimum, so you MUST be local or happy to travel to the office in Taunton 2 days a week. Travel to the office will not be paid.
Monday - Friday - standard working hours.
Day rate PAYE of £320 - £380 equal to £91k per annum.
Your new role
We're looking to recruit a HR Business Partner, to act as a key partner to Heads of Divisions across the organisation, with the aim of driving our people and organisational initiatives, which support the achievement of our business goals and objectives. The role provides the opportunity to work at a senior level to deliver measurable benefits to people performance, but in return requires strong communication and consultative skills, commercial acumen and a good level of generalist HR knowledge and expertise.
The post holder will be aligned to one or more Divisions and will act as a single point of contact for all people related issues, advising on strategic workforce planning and resourcing, organisation design, culture and engagement as well as working with subject matter experts such as Pay and Policy, Internal Communications and Learning and Development within the wider People team.
The focus of the role is to support the key aims of the corporate plan, in particular the aim to transform and diversify where people change is at the heart of delivering business change.
