Summary
Job Advert
To provide an effective customer focused assessment service. This includes the assessment of all Community Care and Crisis Grant applications to ensure that the Council meets its statutory duty in respect of the Scottish Welfare Fund to help alleviate poverty and allow vulnerable people to remain in the community. The post also involves supporting vulnerable applicants and raising awareness of relevant welfare, benefits and support provisions and making appropriate referrals to other support.
This post is temporary until January 2025 to cover maternity leave.
