Summary
Circa £31,000 (inclusive of potential on-call payment)
As a multi-skilled kitchen fitter you’ll be a dab hand at all aspects of planned kitchen refurbishment of Coastline’s 5,000-strong housing portfolio, ensuring work is carried out cost-effectively and efficiently, and meeting customer satisfaction targets. We are looking for a kitchen fitter to join our brilliant services team to carry out maintenance and refurbishments within Coastline homes as well as external contracts.
The successful applicant for this role will have proven practical experience working within a multi-trade discipline, as well as general building and maintenance experience. We are also looking for someone who has experience of working with in a customer-focused environment and within a team, and is confident using the plant and equipment required for the job. A good understanding of health and safety at work would be advantageous, as would a relevant technical or vocational qualification.
This role requires a full driving licence and a satisfactory basic DBS check.
