Summary
This is an exciting, rare opportunity for an experienced social worker to join our innovative and dedicated Patient and Family Support Service.
We are looking for a qualified social worker, who has experience of working with Adults, Children and Young People, to provide support in our In-Patient Unit and in the community. The postholder will be the Adult Safeguard lead for St Clare Hospice and will jointly lead the Adult and Children and Young People Safeguard initiative.
To ensure we support as many patients, relatives, and friends as possible, the post holder will be required to work 11am to 7pm / 12pm to 8pm at least once per week.
