Staffline are currently recruiting for experienced Background Screening Analysts to work with J P Morgan. The customer is a well known global banking company, so the security requirements are needing to be met at a high standard at all times.
The rate of pay is £19.00 per hour.
You must be flexible and available to work on a Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (Office Based). This is a 6 month temporary contract.
Your Time at Work
As a Background Screening Analyst at this site you will assist with:
- Review and analyse screening cases that are assigned on a daily basis. Able to organise facts and information in a methodical way to identify gaps or concerns ensuring all regulatory and JPMC policy standards are met based on established criteria.
- Work with internal automated processes as well as a third party screening vendor. Able to identify and trouble shoot bottlenecks in the process
- Able to communicate in a variety of styles via email and telephone with screening candidates to obtain information required for the screening process
- Manage screening cases in accordance with agreed SLAs and operational processes and on a time critical basis
- Escalate cases with concerns on a timely basis and be able to work with members of the wider team at all levels
- Support the coordination of project based screening

Our ideal Background Screening Analyst will have:
- Full background screening training is provided
- Self-starter and able to show initiative in problem solving and highly inquisitive with meticulous attention to detail
- Able to work in a faced paced and highly responsive environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all time
- Must be highly organised and be able to self-organise their day
- Excellent written and oral communication; must be comfortable to verbally communicate on a daily basis
- Experience in using a case management system
- Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Alteryx & Tableau a plus
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
