Summary
Are you an enthusiastic Teacher looking for new opportunities in Birmingham?
Winner Education are seeking ECT teacher’s to work in schools around the central Birmingham area. We are looking to appoint the successful candidates on a long-term basis and will be full time from September 2024. You will be working with an ‘outstanding’ rated Ofsted primary school. This school have a fantastic reputation for supporting their staff with career development and internal training and support.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Carry about class teacher responsibilities
• Work alongside appointed mentor in lesson planning and preparation
• Tailor existing lesson planning and preparation based on individual learner requirements
• Provide regular learner assessments and progress reports
• Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and student welfare
• Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment
The successful ECT Teacher must:
• Have previous experience within primary school environment
• Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Form excellent relationships with the school team and pupil parents
• Show strong resilience and patience
