This is an amazing opportunity to join our Patient Services team within Brownsover Medical Centre, Rugby. Working collaboratively with the care navigation team, using your brilliant customer services skills, you will ensure patients are supported to access the care that they need.

At the forefront of the GP practice, you will act as the first port of call for patients both face-to-face and over the the telephone, supporting patients to access the care that they need.
You will bring your skills and experience to life by:
Deliver patient centred support to patients to access the care they need.
Ensuring appointments are triaged effectively through digitised systems including EMIS.
Provide administrative support to the practice and clinicians to ensure patients care is processed correctly and efficiently.
Where appropriate, signposting patients to alternative care and/or provide self-management advice and support.
Responding to and supporting with patient complaints.
Contributing effectively to overall KPI targets.
