We're looking for a dynamic individual to join us at Manx Care as an Adoption Social Worker. In this varied and engaging role, you'll work closely with families, professionals, and agencies, providing high-quality support to adoptive families and those in Special Guardianship arrangements. Your excellent communication skills, empathy, and ability to handle sensitive situations will be crucial in this position. A relocation package of up to £7,000 based on receipts is available for this role. Housing Assistance is also available where the Department will pay the difference between your current mortgage/rent bill, and that of your new accommodation on the Isle of Man, up to a maximum of £250 per month.
