Your Role

As a Counselling Tutor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional delivery, guidance, and support to learners as they embark on their educational journey. By sharing your expertise and passion for counselling, you will empower individuals to pursue further learning opportunities, engage in volunteering activities, or seek employment in the field. Your role will involve facilitating engaging training sessions, developing course materials, and offering personalised support to learners, enabling them to make informed decisions about their career paths.

About You

You will hold a Level 4 Counselling and teaching qualification and will have a wealth of experience delivering accredited learning at Level 3 as a minimum. It is essential that you have strong knowledge of counselling theories, techniques and ethical principles. You will have excellent interpersonal skills to engage, motivate, and inspire learners from diverse backgrounds. You will have excellent organisational skills and reliability in managing all aspects of your role.
