Summary


An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Resuscitation Training Department for a 12-month secondment as project support for the adoption of the ReSPECT process at NUH.

The project will introduce the ReSPECT process at NUH for all adult patients. The role is ideal for an experience healthcare practitioner who has an existing knowledge of the ReSPECT process and has some experience in the field of education or training and prior involvement in project work.

The post holder will provide project support across the organisation, offering the opportunity to support with the delivery of a Trust-wide education strategy including involvement in the development of educational resources for staff members completing the plan and awareness training for all patient facing staff. You will also be involved in a wide-reaching communication strategy to raise the ReSPECT profile and will be a visible point of contact and a resource for staff members across the organisation.

The role includes collection of audit data to support the development of the project.
