Summary
We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a full-time trainee heating engineer to join our team at a chimney and fireplace company based in Halifax, supporting our installation team.
Key responsibilities include supporting our installations team by ensuring a safe work environment, handling equipment and products, and maintaining cleanliness.
We are seeking candidates who are team players, confident, eager to learn, trustworthy, punctual, excellent communicators, decisive, problem solvers, physically fit, and polite.
No specific qualifications are required as full training will be provided, including full health and safety training such as working at heights and manual handling, and more. Possessing a Full UK drivers Licence and labouring/trade experience is beneficial but not essential.
The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, with potential for overtime during busy periods.
Location: The role requires the ability to commute to our base in Halifax. You will be working with our team at different locations across West Yorkshire and surrounding areas.
Hours: 7.45am – 4.30 (TBC)
