Summary
Fire Sprinkler Trainee Project Manager – Cambridge - £36,000
I am currently representing a well-established fire protection company based a few miles south of Cambridge. Due to sheer growth, they are now looking to add a trainee project manager to the team.
Salary Package:
- £30,000 - £36,000
- Company car
- Work related training

- 3 days in office, 2 days on site visits
- On-site parking
- Training and progression
Under the guidance of the senior management team, you will learn how to:
- Maintain and developing good client relationships with our existing client accounts
- Demonstrate and deliver strong technical problem-solving skills
- Ensure commercially efficient logistical planning of external resources across both installation and service & maintenance teams
- Lead and educate external resource to seek new opportunities
- As part of the management team, work towards and support new commercial projects and company objectives
- Report to Senior Management on key performance indicators set
- In line with company monitoring, manage and review external contractors and suppliers
- Practice and apply company processes across the organisation
- Running jobs, organising labour, potential to get involved on design side as well
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving License
- Service/maintenance experience in the sprinkler industry
