We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Production Operatives to join our production team in Errol. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean work environment, ensuring that our product meets the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production machinery
Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet our standards
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the production area
Assist in set up and changeover of production lines
Complete all documentation accurately and promptly
Work as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines
Communicate any issues or concerns to the supervisor
Skills required:
Previous experience in food manufacturing/production environment is preferred
Ability to operate machinery and handle manual tasks
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Must be able to drive due to location
Day Shift 6am to 2pm
Backshift 2pm to 10pm
Nightshift 10pm to 6am
