Casual Retail Stocktaking Supervisor

About Us : Orridge, a leading stocktaking provider to Retail, Supply Chain, and Pharmacy, is seeking a Retail Stocktaking
Supervisor to join our successful team. As a Retail Stocktaking Supervisor, you will manage a team of stocktakers on client
premises while conducting stocktakes. Full training will be provided, and no prior stocktake experience is required.

Position Details:

Location: Dundee

Standard Hourly Rate: £12.80

Bonus Scheme: Up to £360 per month

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Lead and supervise a team of stocktake colleagues, providing guidance, training, and support.
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety procedures.
* Conduct stocktakes using our bespoke stocktaking system.
* Liaise with clients throughout the stocktake process.
* Follow client-specific procedures and meet service level agreements.
* Mentor new stocktakers and address any queries related to stocktaking.
* Achieve productivity and accuracy targets.
* Deliver accurate electronic count data and supporting information on time.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions.




Preferred Skills:

* Previous supervisory experience.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent organisational abilities.
* Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage a busy workload.
* Self-motivated and eager to learn.
* Flexibility.
* Full driving license.




Additional Notes:

* Manual handling and working at height activities are part of the role.
* Travel to different locations within the region is required.
