Summary
Playing a key role in helping our staff gain better understanding of Learning disability and/or Autism. Working with our Learning and Development Lead to tailor what is delivered in the training. Co-deliver training sessions alongside the Learning and Development Lead. The sessions will use a range of methods, including traditional training delivery, online via Teams, group discussions, and film. Taking part in rehearsals and practice runs. Attend meetings and training to develop relevant skills and knowledge and ensure consistent and high-quality deliver.
