MGS (managed garment service)
Your role as Workwear Distributor is a busy, physical role, ensuring the production workforce of a large-scale production business are equipped with daily uniform requirements. This will involve the distribution of fresh uniform and collection of used for return and clean process. Your role is vital to the clients production commitments and works to daily schedules for which you will be involved in discussions, meetings on a regular basis.
You will build key relationships with onsite management and personnel involved in production planning and organisation of the workforce and supply of their uniform requirements.
Other key aspects of the role include: -
· Distribution of clean garments/uniform onsite at customer’s premises
· Collection of used garments/uniform onsite at customers premises
· To build relationships with customers and key contacts
· To deliver excellent customer experience and maintain professionalism
· Maintain excellent commercial relationships with current customers
Your Skills and Abilities:
Your role can be varied each day, from the physical and fast moving distribution of bulk garments onsite across a very large facility to planning and discussion meetings where communication and organisational skills will be used. Please consider this when applying as this role will involve repeat physical activities across a large site and use of data to plan and the capture data for reporting of activities will take place on a regular basis.
Salary, Benefits and Hours:
· Pension
£ 12.94 Per hour
· 20 days leave plus bank holidays. Rises to 25 days with service.
· Monday to Friday, 8hr days, flex start/finish dependent on client needs
Full training will be supplied.
Qualifications:
Clear Enhanced DBS Check will be required
