Summary

To work as part of a multi-disciplinary team across the practices. To work closely with the relevant teams and practices to support network implementation and standardisation of agreed service change, contracts, policies, pathways, and quality improvement whilst acting as the point of contact for practice managers regarding delivery of a PCN project/scheme such as COVID19 To organise adverts, interviews, and all recruitment administration for ARRS Roles To schedule ARRS roles appraisals. To support general diary management of Clinical Director and Deputy Clinical Director for ARRS supervision and meeting attendance. To liaise and work with all practices in the PCN, Clinical Director, ARRS Supervisor or PCN Manager on an ad-hoc project basis. To assist all projects designated to the role and to ensure patient safety and quality of care is always considered and establish necessary monitoring and tracking processes. To collate feedback/analysis data on behalf of the PCN to report to the ICB. To co-ordinate the delivery of enhanced services and other service submissions on behalf of the PCN. To provide administrative support at board/strategic meetings, take minutes and circulate. To ensure all ARRS claims are submitted on a monthly basis. To support the Data Protection Officer of St Thomas Medical Group to ensure the PCNs compliance with GDPR and FOI along with other relevant legislation and professional standards from GMC/BMA and LMC guidance. To assist in the resolution of any complaints and assisting in the investigation as instructed by the practice complaints teams. To develop yourself and the role through participation in training and service redesign activities. Undertake any tasks consistent with the level of the post and the scope of the role, ensuring that work is delivered in a timely and effective manner. Duties may vary from time to time without changing the general character of the post or the level of responsibility.
