As Senior Marketing Business Analyst, you’ll be leading a team of Marketing Business and Technical Analysts. You’ll work across Marketing, Business and Technical teams to ensure outcomes are understood and requirements captured to deliver improvements to marketing strategy, programmes, initiatives, and projects.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, either at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.

What you’ll be doing:

Lead out the delivery of Customer Experience, Marketing and Operations priorities and projects.
Set and shape the correct delivery approach for each of our underlying hypothesis.
Work across the Marketing, Business and Technical teams to ensure outcomes are understood and requirements captured.
Spend time with our IT, Business and Change teams to understand their processes, systems and problems.
Provide and lead in-depth technical and business analysis.
Provide detailed user stories acceptance criteria that balance the needs of the business, solution capability and delivery constraints.
Work collaboratively with Developers, Testers and Technology and Strategy leads.
Be the point of contact for main marketing teams around our business providing day-to-day support of marketing reporting and analytics.
Support and contribute to the working of our Agile scrum team.
Be a confident communicator, creating strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
