Summary

Ingleby Manor Free School are looking to appoint a Catering Manager to join our academy on 26 August 2024 on a full time, permanent basis.

Your new role

As a Catering Manager you will be responsible for the overall efficient and effective management of the catering operations at the academy ensuring great quality food and service. You will be responsible for the preparation, cooking and service of food to agreed standards and specifications. You will ensure efficient and economic use is made of all resources, including stock, catering staff and company assets.

Managing a small team of 5 Catering Assistants overseeing the order, preparation, cooking and serving food for students across break and lunchtimes.

The role involves working closely with the catering director at Delta to ensure that meals are provided within the agreed menu structure, meet nutritional requirements and budgetary constraints.

Potential for this role to increase to a Grade F as the pupil capacity of the academy increases.
