Summary




Part time. 20 hours per week (between the hours of 9am – 5pm Monday – Thursday).

Summary of role:

We are looking for a data entry operator to update and maintain information on our internal company database to keep the website and product information up to date. Main duties and responsibilities:
•Collecting product information and assets from HQ and Suppliers.
•Entering data into the central database (PIM).
•Transferring physical records into a digital format.
•Retrieving data as requested.
•Maintaining and updating the database system as necessary.

General Skills/Attributes:

•Impeccable attention to detail.
•Knowledge of database systems.
•Working knowledge of spreadsheets and other word processing tools.
•Strong ability to work quickly and accurately.
•General administration skills.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience:

•Excellent administration abilities required in Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience essential.
•Carry out all necessary administration in an accurate, efficient and professional manner.
