Shifts Patterns:
We are looking for experienced Retail Assistant for job availability at Clayton Post Office, moreover complete Postal and Banking services training will provided Part time(5 shifts per week) Mon - Fri
Key Duties include:
To communicate with customers in a polite and professional manner to ensure that they have a fulfilled their desired requirements by listening to customer queries/requests and process in a timely manner.
Handle all cash and money transactions in an accurate and confidential way as well as Carry out a range of Post Office services including:
- processing letters and parcels;
- pension and benefits transactions;
- banking, MoneyGram and bill payments, retail sale
of lottery and scratch cards
- car tax and DVLA forms
- travel insurance and foreign currency
Maintain an accurate stock and cash balance at the end of each shift as well as work as part of a team to provide an efficient Post Office service.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate:
- Excellent customer service and ability to go the extra mile for our customers
- A high degree of accuracy in their work by keeping up high vigilance aptitude and paying attention to
detail.
- Previous retail Customers service experience as well as cash handling /financial transactions
- Honesty, punctuality, integrity, housekeeping
Working Hours:
Flexible hours to suit business needs.
