Executive Assistant
Pay Rate: £18ph PAYE + £2.17ph WTR = Total £20.17ph
Hours 37.5 9am to 5pm
Location: North West London
Duration: 3 months on going contract
JOB SUMMARY:
The candidate will work as a proactive member of the Executive administrative team support to provide high quality secretarial and administrative services to the executive team.
The candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and will be capable of working effectively under pressure. They will have excellent secretarial skills and a high-level working knowledge of all Windows and Microsoft based systems, as well as a confidence in dealing and managing new software systems as they arise. They should be capable of working to schedules and using their own initiative, whilst maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion at all times.
The candidate is responsible for supporting the executive team: managing multiple complex diaries, making high level decisions on diarised commitments, to be responsible for collating and managing complex documentation, taking minutes of large meetings with rapid turnaround and dealing with correspondence and supporting the team to ensure they function efficiently and effectively.
