We have a vacancy for a Cover Supervisor to join our team at The Beacon School.
Your opportunity
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Student Support Assistant, who is passionate about teaching and learning. The successful candidate will act as a triage for the inclusion faculty, ensuring students' emotional wellbeing needs are met.What we are looking for
Experience working with young people and supporting those with different needs, vulnerabilities and behaviours
Experience of thrive and / or ELSA would be beneficial but is not essential
Ability to remain calm and positive in challenging circumstances
Ability to form strong working relationships and be an effective team playerAn individual who is DSL trained would also be beneficialAbout The Beacon School
