Support Worker
Duration: Full Time, permanent
Location: Kidderminster-DY11
Salary: £11.50 Per hour (36 hours a week- contracted)
Social Care & Education are seeking a dedicated and experienced Support Worker in Kidderminster. You will be supporting our client on a 2:1 basis during the day and 1:1 at night. We are looking for a compassionate, caring, and committed individual for this role. A car driver with a valid UK licence is essential due to the nature of the work.
The Role
· Provide personal care and emotional support to individuals requiring assistance.
· Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, daily household tasks and activities.
· Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals.
· Accompany individuals to appointments and outings.
· Monitor and report any changes in the individual to manager.
· Maintain a clean and safe environment for the individual.
· Support client with their finances
· Complete all documentation to a high standard
· Support and encourage client to be independent with all daily activities.
· Encourage, support and prompt with personal care
