We are looking to appoint an Attendance Administrator who will be responsible for monitoring and updating student attendance and punctuality to ensure effective attendance procedures are in place on a daily basis. You will be responsible for ensuring registers have been completed and make first day phone calls if children are absent without reason.The successful applicant will establish relationships with families and be able to have difficult conversations with families where attendance is a cause for concern.You will have excellent communication and organisational skills and play a key role in improving and maintaining attendance in the school, whilst demonstrating our key values by having a positive mindset, being able to use your initiative and working collaboratively.We are dedicated to the development and support of our team, with a range of opportunities through nationally accredited programs, apprenticeships and in-school experiences.
