Your new company
This pharmaceutical company based in Central London is looking for an Office Manager to join their team on a temporary basis. This role is an ongoing temporary position and requires candidates who are immediately available to start. This role is a part-time position with shorter hours across 5 days throughout the week.
Your new role
Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the purpose of this position will be to handle the administration and office management for the office located in Central London. Duties for this role will include:

  • Maintaining a well-organised, professional, and efficient office environment.
  • Point of contact for all external and internal visitors, including providing brief H&S inductions where required.
  • Ordering all office supplies and stationery as required and maintaining useful stock levels
  • Coordination with diversity & inclusion / sports & social teams to arrange social activities and celebrations
  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including welcome packages, equipment set up, assist with training sessions and site orientation.
  • Other ad hoc administration tasks as required.


What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills/requirements:

  • Previous experience working within a large pharmaceutical organisation is highly advantageous.
  • Proven experience in a similar, busy Office Manager / Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant role.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Proficient across the complete MS Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Friendly, warm, personable nature coupled with passion for customer service and providing the best experience for clients.
  • Ability to work independently and manage complex situations if required.
