Salary: £37,000 - £38,000 per annum
We are looking for a Plumber to join the team and help maintain and improve affordable homes across South West and West London.
Responsibilities:
- Undertaking all aspects of responsive and planned plumbing repairs and maintenance within both tenanted and void properties.
- Installing pipes and fixtures such as sinks and toilets
- Repairing and maintaining plumbing, replacing defective washers, replacing or mending broken pipes, and opening clogged drains.
- Repairing patching of plaster and replacing small areas of tiles
- Updating a PDA device with work schedules and other key information as required
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- City & Guilds OR NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing
- Basic Criminal Record Check
