Summary
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and able lawyer to join the in-house legal team at Warrington Borough Council. Based within the Legal Safeguarding Team you will primarily work in the area of Adult Social care and/or Education.
You will be a key member of the team. The post involves provision of significant levels of support to the Legal Services Manager, solicitors and social work clients.
You will need excellent communication skills, team skills and the ability to interpret legislation in a common sense and practical manner, having due regard to the Council's legal responsibilities. Strong organisational and IT skills are essential. We offer a supportive environment within a friendly and progressive team with Lexcel accreditation.
