Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a production operative for a manufacturing client in Wellington, Somerset. This role involves programming a 3D cutting machine using a computer.
Training Period:
Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:30pm
- Friday: 7:30am - 12:30pm
Pay: £11.67 per hour
Post-Training Period:
Rotating Shift Pattern:
Week 1:
Monday to Thursday: 6:00am - 2:00pm
Friday: 6:00am - 12:00pm
Week 2:
Monday to Thursday: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
Friday: 12:00pm - 6:00pm
Breaks: 30-minute paid break Monday to Thursday
Pay:
£12.58 per hour, increasing to £12.84 after 12 weeks or upon contract
Responsibilities:
- Operate and program a 3D cutting machine using its integrated computer system.
- Handle and prepare products for each process, including packing.
- Receive comprehensive training on all tasks and additional machines as you gain experience.
- The work environment is slow-paced and maintained at room temperature.
