Summary

Bid Coordinator

Role: Complex Care Scheduler

Hours: Full time hours 35+ per week

Salary: negotiable depending on experience.

Location: ROCHDALE

Role Overview:

• Able to coordinate the PQQ, RFI, EE and EOI activities to completion ready to be reviewed and approved for submission
• Manage the Tender Pipeline on Smartsheet’s
• Defend and protect all current business – updating contract review dates and contractual documentation
• Liaise with clients and colleagues as the needed
• Producing the commissioner responses and editing as needed
• Evaluate each request and question fully in order to completely understand response instructions and requirements
• To work towards improving and enhancing the standard and effectiveness of written responses
• Ensure each written response is prepared to the highest standards of accuracy and presentation to position the organisation correctly
• Support particular projects to support the Commercial Director and SMT

Experience: minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
