We are excited to be supporting a fantastic Secondary School near Wells-next-the-Sea, Norfolk that is putting fantastic things in place to ensure all their learners receive the best possible education. Our client believes every child can develop into high achieving, confident, healthy, caring and resilient members of their family and community and is looking to appoint a SENDCo who feels passionately about achieving this.

As a SENCo your role is a crucial appointment at this exciting time. SEND provision near Wells-next-the-Sea, Norfolk is at the forefront of our school's approach, ensuring that all students receive high quality first teaching along with clearly identified adaptations to help SEND students to thrive.

SENCo Responsibilities:
- As a SENCo you must have a passion for working with vulnerable children to ensure they receive the education they deserve.
- Bring an innovative and creative approach to supporting the strategic direction and development of SEND provision across the school.
- Responsible for managing the provision of children with medical conditions.
- Liaising with families and external agencies, organising assessments and commissioning specialist support.
- Gain funding for those with high needs
- Complete statutory paperwork.
- Work directly with children and staff in the school.
- Commute to Wells-next-the-Sea, Norfolk

SENCo Requirements:
- Relevant SENDCo training and experience.
- A Highly organised SENCo who is passionate about inclusion.
- Can effectively organise appropriate interventions for identified pupils.
- Supporting an outstanding group of HLTAs and TA's within the school
- Commutable to Wells-next-the-Sea, Norfolk.
