**Location:** LinkLiving’s Fife office

**Hours:** 37.5 per week (Monday to Friday, 9-5)

**The Service:**
LinkLiving supports people of all ages to overcome trauma, mental health issues, inequality, and isolation. Our Link Academy SQA training centre offers accredited and non-accredited courses that help develop new skills. We support participants through mental health and wellbeing programs, independent living skills, and various qualifications, including volunteering, employability, tenancy, youth work, and leadership awards.

**The Job:**
Recruit, train, and support volunteers interested in or affected by homelessness to become Volunteer Peer Educators. These educators will deliver workshops in Fife high schools on homelessness prevention, independent living skills, and wellbeing. You'll manage and support volunteers in their roles and personal development, working with local schools to implement the program and promoting LinkLiving's services.

**About You:**
We're looking for a dedicated individual with a strong educational background and a passion for volunteer management. Requirements include:
- Standard grade passes in core subjects (or equivalent)
- Experience in coordinating training courses and best practices in volunteer management
- Knowledge of the Trauma Skilled Practice Framework (NES Framework)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and understanding of the employability sector and volunteering initiatives
- Effective communication skills
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs and evaluation methods
- Non-judgmental attitude and willingness to embrace diversity
- Adaptability and ability to work in new environments
- Ability to build relationships with voluntary organizations, employability networks, and statutory agencies
- Ability to drive and travel between services as needed
