Your new company
Hays is working with a global real estate consultancy to recruit a MRICS Project Manager to join their growing team. This is an essential role designed to evolve and expand the team to deliver a dynamic portfolio of projects. This position could be based in Glasgow or Edinburgh.
Your new role
You will be working directly with the clients' Senior Management Team where you will be encouraged, motivated and trusted with client-facing initiatives. The project work undertaken will cover commercial property remediation work, new build industrial and retail units, commercial fit-outs and luxury residential properties.
The candidate will be encouraged to think like a developer, with an entrepreneurial mindset. Looking to create new work streams for the business and bring in new clients whilst also nurturing existing relationships.
What you'll need to succeed
- Comprehensive experience of end-to-end project management on large scale buildings. Including tenders/bids, reports, liaising with internal and external contractors.
- Knowledge of different sectors of work including office, hospitality, industrial, residential, retail and healthcare.
- Strong and confident communication skills and the ability to work with key stakeholders.
- The candidate must hold MRICS or APM Chartership or be nearing completion.
