Summary


32 hours per week

This is a rare opportunity to work as a dietetic assistant practitioner at the Royal Berkshire Hospital.


Working alongside and under the supervision of dietitians you will be reviewing andmonitoringthe nutritional intakes of patients on the wards.


As the successful candidate, you will be joining a team of over 20 committed and welcoming dietitians.Experience of working in health or social caresettings is essential, relevanttrainingwill be provided.

The postis 30hours workedflexibly over Monday to Friday.


In this role you will be an integrated member of the dietetic team at the Royal Berkshire Hospitaland your main duties will include:

• Implementing andmonitoringnutritional care plans foradultinpatients

• Providing an essential support role to dietitians working on the wards

• Inputting information into electronic patient record and supplier systems

• Liaising with the catering team on the provision of suitable meals forour patients

• Contributing to the service improvementprogrammein the department
