Summary

This is a fantastic opportunity for a compassionate and organised individual with a passion for making a difference to join our small but ambitious fundraising team. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administration, coordination and stewardship of our in-memory campaigns and supporters.

Overall Tasks and Responsibilities:
Manage our MuchLoved Tribute Funds by processing donations and delivering thoughtful and timely stewardship
Be the main point of contact for funeral collection enquiries and families setting up an in-memory collection
Undertake administrative and data inputting tasks as required
Take ownership of our Memory Tree product, identifying ways to promote it and increase acquisition and retention levels
Be responsible for all in-memory donation processing and thanking
Support with producing in-memory thank you communications (email, post, online) and fundraising materials (i.e. leaflets)
Support the Individual Giving Manager with developing in-memory supporter journeys
Assist with the delivery of in-memory campaigns and appeals (Memory Tree, Rainbow of Ribbons and Lights of Love)
Conduct research on the latest in-memory trends, attend webinars and monitor other charities’ activity activities
Collaborate with the Marketing Team to fully utilisie social media and digital tools to promote Individual Giving activity
Support the Individual Giving and Supporter Care Team where needed

Other Duties:
Embody the values of Sobell House Hospice Charity and comply with all policies and procedures.
Carry out any other duties deemed appropriate by the CEO or your line manager.
Occasional attendance at charity events outside of core working hours may be required.
