The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a small new team. Reporting to the Principal Officer for Repairs and Maintenance, this newly created post will manage two damp, mould, and disrepair case administrators. Working closely with on-site technical staff and contractors, your team will develop and administer systems and processes, and will take positive action to record, progress, resolve, and prevent damp, mould, and disrepair cases.

Who are we looking for?
Our ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, be computer literate, work well within a team of like-minded individuals, and be able to manage and co-ordinate operational support and administration activities for the Housing Management service and provide a range of support services.
If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have a positive attitude then we would like to hear from you!.
You should have GCSE in English and Maths at Grade C or above.
