Summary

Great opportunity to work as a PPT Operative in Kegworth, Flagship distribution centre for GXO Logistics.

You will work a full time rotation shift either Monday to Friday or a 4 on and 4 off pattern dependent on client request the hours of work are:
- Rotating 6am/6pm & 6pm/6am, for the 4 on 4 off shift pattern
- Rotating 6am/2pm, 2pm/10pm & 10pm/6am for the Monday to Friday shift pattern

The starting pay rate is £13.56 per hour, and overtime after completing your regular rota will be paid at £20.34 per hour.

Your Time at Work

As a PPT operative, your duties include:

- Unloading of pallets from trailers, feeding the pallets onto the automation, identifying any issues with the stock and working to resolve any problems as quickly and effectively as possible

Other duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Operating MHE in line with training; ensuring safety processes are followed on every occasion
- Regularly completing safety checks and ensuring that any accidents/damage is reported in a correct and timely manner
- Operating Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and carrying out other assigned computer-based tasks as and when required
