Client Partnership Manager - CEECA Region

Location: Remote with 1 visit to our office in Birmingham or London once every fortnight
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + OTE
Contract: Full time, Permanent

This is a role completely focused on winning new clients in the CEECA region (Central & Eastern Europe and Central Asia): i.e. identify, engage and attract new organisations to ICA Commercial Services, beyond the current clients we work with.

As our Client Partnership Manager you will be responsible for:

- Achieving budgeted sales and revenue performance for ICA's portfolio of qualification, training, membership and risk management tools and services.

- Developing and implementing new business and account management strategies and tactics.

- Generation of new business through a mixture of cold self generated leads

- Hitting Sales Targets

- Hitting KPIs - activity-based metrics e.g. monthly client meeting quotas; exact details TBD during sales plan formulation as above.

- Identifying, managing and growing a key account portfolio.

- Working with the Sales Director to manage and grow a network partners.

- Working with the Marketing & Sales Director to generate leads.

- Being the voice of the customer when working with the Product team to ensure ICA's services meet customer requirements in the region.

- Generating new business through LinkedIn and other channels.

In order to be successful in this role it's essential you are / have:

- A proven commercial winner with experience delivering in a high-growth international business.

- A skilled verbal and written communicator, experienced operating at Board level both internally and with clients/prospects.

- A resilient and tenacious operator who understands the need for positive persistence as a central pillar to achieving business development success at scale.

- Excellent written and verbal communication.

- To be comfortable presenting at a senior level.

- To be innovative and have strong relationship building experience

- Proven ability to work successfully as part of a team.

- Ability to network well at all levels - internally and externally

It would be great if you had:

- Experience of the professional training and qualifications sector.

- Experience selling into the Financial Services and other regulated sectors.

- Experience of working across the AML, Financial Crime Prevention, KYC & CDD, Sanctions, Enterprise Wide Risk Management and GRC landscape.
