Summary
Our award-winning visual effects department, based in the heart of Manchester, requires a 3d artist/Senior 3D Artist to join their team.
You will be responsible for creation of high quality 3d assets for our games. A creative thinker, with high production values and a great eye for detail and design.
We are looking for a talented, creative individual, with strong understanding of 3d fundamentals in all areas, modelling, texturing, animation, lighting, rendering, and rigging. Seeing projects from conception to completion. You will have industry experience in a similar or related environment, and through education. You will have the ability to work well within a team, or handle a project independently, working efficiently and to deadline.

This role can be hybrid working at our Manchester office or home remote working.
• Industry Experience 5 + years.
• Knowledge of 3dsMax and Adobe Suite a must.
• Maya, ZBrush, After Effects, Fusion, Nuke, render packages V ray, Arnold, Redshift, Unreal would be advantageous.
• Generalist knowledge of rigging, animation, modelling, lighting, VFX, and rendering pipelines.
• Show a sound understanding of cameras and shot composition.
• Show strong artistic eye for design, and a good eye for detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) to liaise with project and product managers, to ensure they understand project progress and deal with any back-and-forth feedback.
• Ability to work on projects independently from conception to completion.
• Experience working with Live Action & Green Screen footage, tracking, editing, grading, compositing advantageous.
• Directing and experience being involved on green screen shoots would be advantageous.
• Bringing innovation and resolution to challenges, helping improve our pipelines and efficiencies, and looking into latest technologies.
• Be a creative thinker and be able to conceptualise, plan and design projects they work on.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Good time management and prioritisation skills and be capable of working to deadlines.
• Good knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel and Wor
