About The Role

Are you an experienced Coordinator looking for a new challenge within a growing organisation that makes a real difference to people's lives? If so, we want to hear from you.

As a Coordinator, you will be providing an effective administrative service for the Asset Information team.

On a day to day basis, you will provide support to the Property Condition and Energy Assessment team. You will coordinate surveying programmes to deliver the required property condition surveys. Organisation is key as you will be using the scheduling system to coordinate and manage the appointment process.

You will be the key point of contact and support for Assessors and will be liaising with other teams and external contacts.

This role is being offered on a full time, permanent basis and can be based in our Exeter or Tolvaddon office. A hybrid working style is an option.

About The Candidate

To be a successful Coordinator, you will be/have:

- Excellent interpersonal skills, written, IT, verbal and presentation with a wide range of customers and partners.
- Experience of building relationships with stakeholders within the organisation.
- Evidence of making decisions at the right time based on the information available.
- Able to manage competing priorities and achieving deadlines whilst delivering quality work.
- Experience in a customer focused organisation.
- Able to keep clear and up-to-date records.
- Previous experience of working in a Housing Association or a housing related field. (D)
- Previous experience of working in a customer service environment. (D)
- Good level of literacy and numeracy.
