Summary
Admin Support - Band 2
37.5 Hours Per Week (Rise day provision)
Rise Think family outreach team (TFOT) is part of an exciting piolet project to develop an enhanced day provision for children, young people and their families within the crisis pathway, TFOT aim to support children, young people and their families who are in emotional distress and at risk of requiring further crisis intervention or admission to a tier 4 inpatient service. The clinical offer is tailored to suit each individual young person/family's needs and focus on empowerment and skills, you will provide clinical assistance in the delivery of a range of Psychoeducation interventions and risk management to support the crisis management and recovery within the day provision and supporting those young people who are in a mental health crisis
The post holders will play an important role within the Team to provide efficient and comprehensive administrative support to clinicians and managers within our Children's services. You will work within a skilled mixed Admin Team in the building to support admin and clinical services and duties will include covering reception, telephone and face to face queries , scanning , uploading to our system. You will have excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with internal and external agencies, other staff members, parents/carers and patients.
Weare looking for a compassionate approach to supporting patient care and service improvements. You must be able to build effective working relationships, be approachable and accessible with a flexible approach to work. The essential requirements of this post are good telephone manner, high level communication skills and attention to detail. You will have good organisational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. We have a full electronic patient record system which is central to our work, so accurate record keeping is critical, and you must be able to concentrate in a busy working environment.

Tasks to undertake:
Covering reception
meet and greet to children, young people, parents, carers and other professionals
Working with our clinical system (booking appointments, data input)
Telephone calls
Dealing with queries both face to face and over the telephone
Supporting clinical staff and the wider admin teams.
