Summary

Do you have a passion for working with young people? Are you interested in working in an environment where you can impact the lives of young people who are working through difficult times?

Teaching Personnel is currently looking for a resilient, adaptable, and confident individual to work in a secondary school close to Keynsham to support pupils with their social, emotional, and academic needs, enabling them to become independent learners. You would be working closely under the direction of the SENCO/Inclusion Team to support the delivery of quality learning and teaching for pupils with SEN and SEMH needs.

- Comfortability dealing with and supporting challenging behaviour
- The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with students, staff, and parents/carers

- Good organisational skills and the ability to think quickly
- A confident, positive, and resilient mindset
- GCSEs in English and Maths (A* - C or 9 - 4)
